Civil Engineer – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our interior fit‑out and design team in Dubai. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil and interior fit‑out works at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review shop drawings, construction drawings, BOQ and project specifications.
• Ensure site works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide daily/weekly updates to management.
• Check site measurements, quantities and material requirements; manage material deliveries.
• Inspect completed works, identify defects and follow up with subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take‑offs, quotations and variation works.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants during site inspections and technical discussions.
• Maintain health, safety and site procedures, and keep proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience, preferably in interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and interior fit‑out works and ability to read civil, architectural and shop drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on project sites as required.
