About the role

Archpix Engineering Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Site Supervision to join its team in Dubai. The role is focused on overseeing construction activities for villa projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, construction quality, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on technical and quality‑related issues.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure all construction works comply with consultant requirements and applicable standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering and site supervision.
• Strong experience supervising construction works on‑site, preferably on villa projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
