About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The role involves supervising on‑site civil works, coordinating crews, and ensuring that all work meets quality and specification standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily civil construction activities on the site.
- Coordinate and direct work crews to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor compliance with quality, health, safety and HSE regulations.
- Ensure that all work adheres to project specifications and standards.
- Report progress and any issues to site management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Building Technology (advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years (36 months) experience as a Civil Foreman supervising site works.
- Medically fit and physically capable of construction work.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work onsite 8 hours per day.
- Valid passport and relevant certificates/documentation.
Required skills
- Competence in overseeing civil works and coordinating crews.
- Practical knowledge of construction craft and quality/spec compliance.
