Civil Multi Technician

About the role

The Civil Multi Technician is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of civil and building fabric works, ensuring facilities meet the highest safety, quality, and functionality standards. The role supports day‑to‑day operations by responding promptly to repair requests, identifying defects, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry tasks such as installing, repairing and maintaining doors, frames, cabinets, partitions and wooden fixtures.
• Install, repair and maintain aluminum doors, windows, frames and related hardware.
• Perform glass replacement and installation for panels, doors and windows.
• Undertake minor masonry work, including tile repairs, grouting, gypsum board fixing, patch repairs and painting touch‑ups.
• Inspect building elements to identify defects and maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections and support general building maintenance.
• Report equipment, structural or facility issues that require further corrective action.
• Assist with emergency, urgent and planned maintenance activities as directed.
• Ensure all work complies with company procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements, using hand and power tools safely.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in civil or building maintenance.
• Ability to work safely, follow HSE guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
