Civil QA/QC Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for our construction projects in Dubai – Hatta. The role will ensure that all works meet client specifications, contract requirements and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and set quality objectives.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and Quality Procedures.
• Coordinate quality matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors, ensuring inspections and testing follow approved procedures.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal quality audits, track corrective actions and maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Prepare monthly quality reports, KPIs and present findings in project progress and client quality meetings.
• Deliver quality‑related training and promote awareness of ISO standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC management role.
• Proven experience on commercial, residential, industrial or infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements and Non‑Conformance Reporting.
• Familiarity with international construction standards, codes and ISO standards.
• Document control, internal audit and KPI reporting expertise.
