Civil / Utilities Draftsman

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil / Utilities Draftsman to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, updating and maintaining accurate engineering drawings for civil, water and electricity projects. This role supports the documentation needed for land clearances and utility connections.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and update engineering drawings for ongoing and completed projects.
• Create and maintain as‑built/actual site drawings.
• Update project drawings based on site observations and engineering information.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and project documentation.
• Support drawings related to water, electricity connections and utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure drawing updates are timely.
• Provide documentation required for land clearances and related approvals.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable engineering, technical and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–4 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, water or electricity projects is preferred.
• Good computer and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Ability to prepare and modify technical drawings accurately.
