Classroom Assistant (UAE National) – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Classroom Assistant (UAE National) for Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi, starting immediately. The role supports pupils inside and outside the classroom, ensuring they can fully participate in daily activities while promoting their social, emotional and physical well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one or group support for pupils during lessons and extracurricular activities.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring individual education programmes.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Maintain pupil records, prepare displays of student work, and assist teachers with administrative tasks such as photocopying.
• Promote health and safety, check attendance, and supervise pupils in various school locations.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of the school’s behaviour policy.
