Client Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

Smith Tait is seeking a Client Account Manager to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on maintaining and growing existing client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout project lifecycles and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain regular communication during active projects and between appointments.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, additional consultancy services, and early‑stage project involvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on client enquiries, proposals, and contractual documents.
• Update and maintain accurate client, contact, and opportunity data in the company’s CRM.
• Prepare regular reports on account activity, client feedback, and future opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client account management, customer success, business development or professional services.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
