Client Account Manager – Infrastructure Solutions (Gulf Markets)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to lead infrastructure sales across the Gulf markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public‑sector customers, guiding them through complex data‑center, hybrid‑IT and AI infrastructure decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public‑sector accounts, driving revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute an infrastructure‑led account strategy across servers, storage, hybrid IT, cloud, AI and data‑center solutions.
• Build executive relationships and become a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder deals from initial conversation to signed contract, including commercial negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with solution architects, pre‑sales, services, marketing and channel partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Expand the partner ecosystem and strengthen joint go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of enterprise and public‑sector account experience in Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Proven track record of selling complex infrastructure and data‑center technology.
• Consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling and executive‑level negotiation abilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
• Self‑starter mindset with growth orientation and resourcefulness.
