Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Client Advisor represents Loro Piana in its Abu Dhabi boutique, delivering the highest level of service to luxury customers and driving sales through the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company with clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty and adherence to Loro Piana’s selling ceremony.
• Maintain visual displays, stock accuracy and tidy work environment according to company guidelines.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service, manage commercial relations and follow up client requests.
• Handle after‑sales service, claims and promote the brand image at every touch point.
• Participate in product presentations, stay updated on all product categories and ensure proper care of merchandise.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve qualitative and quantitative store goals and attend store meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
• Alignment with Loro Piana brand identity, detail‑oriented and passionate about the products.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
