Client Relations Executive

About the role

The Client Relations Executive will be the primary front‑facing representative of Walam Decoration, guiding prospective and existing clients through the entire project journey—from initial enquiry to post‑project feedback. This role also oversees external communications, including social media, website content, and project photography.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, website enquiries, social media messages and visitors, ensuring timely, professional responses.
• Record each enquiry, understand client requirements and route them to the appropriate internal team while maintaining follow‑up responsibility.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, interior designers and referral partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns, requests and complaints.
• Coordinate client updates, meetings, site communications and follow‑up actions throughout projects.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, procurement, production, project and finance teams to track pending actions, approvals and commitments.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries received via social media and the company website.
• Maintain the company profile, portfolio, website information and communication calendar.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality brand presentation across all client‑facing channels.
• Coordinate photographers, website developers, graphic designers and other service providers to uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in client relations, customer experience, joinery, fit‑out, construction, interior design, real estate or luxury services.
• UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic strongly preferred.
