The role is client‑facing, requiring impeccable communication, discretion and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for high‑net‑worth individuals and families pursuing second citizenship or global residency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Manage follow‑ups to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
• Represent the company at the highest standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Prior experience in high‑end customer service or client‑facing roles.
• Based in Dubai.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills, demonstrating grace and professionalism.
