About the role
We are seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our Dubai office of a government‑authorized citizenship and investment advisory firm. The role is client‑facing, requiring impeccable communication, discretion and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for high‑net‑worth individuals and families pursuing second citizenship or global residency.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage follow‑ups to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
- Represent the company at the highest standards in all interactions.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (mandatory) and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in high‑end customer service or client‑facing roles.
- Based in Dubai.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills, demonstrating grace and professionalism.
