Client Relationship Executive

About the role

The Client Relationship Executive will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients in Dubai, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and promoting Agile Consultants’ suite of corporate services. The role combines sales, client onboarding, and cross‑functional coordination to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across sectors such as Accounting, Real Estate, Immigration, and Business Setup.
• Handle client enquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Onboard clients, negotiate service contracts (PRO, administration, bookkeeping, accounting) and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing and other internal teams to deliver high‑quality services.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, expand referral networks, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular progress reports, forecasts and updates in the Project Management System and CRM, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Resolve client issues and complaints, maintaining high satisfaction levels while controlling costs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate services, client relationship management, business setup or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Professional appearance and advanced computer proficiency.
