Clinic Coordinator

About the role

The Clinic Coordinator will ensure smooth daily operations of the clinic, acting as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical teams. This role focuses on delivering an excellent patient experience while adhering to M42 policies and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, follow‑ups, referrals, and admissions to create a seamless patient journey.
• Manage clinic schedules, optimize appointment utilization, and handle pre‑authorizations and related documentation.
• Provide patients and families with visit information, guidance, and timely communication.
• Support clinic reporting, audits, inventory, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional patient service.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical education.
• At least three years of similar experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate culturally‑sensitively with patients.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
