Clinic Coordinator – Physiotherapy Services

About the role

The Clinic Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for physiotherapy patients, guiding them through every step of their treatment journey. This role ensures smooth coordination between patients, clinicians, and administrative teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient registrations, appointments, treatment sessions, follow‑ups and inquiries for physiotherapy services.
• Schedule initial assessments, treatment plans and rehabilitation sessions while managing therapist calendars and treatment‑room utilization.
• Educate patients on treatment schedules, required documentation, insurance approvals and package details.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to verify treatment compliance and continuity of care.
• Liaise with physiotherapists, orthopaedic consultants, sports‑medicine specialists, neurologists and rehabilitation teams to ensure all referrals and approvals are in place.
• Handle insurance authorisations, billing estimates and package‑related inquiries in collaboration with finance and revenue‑cycle teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records, appointment trackers and utilisation reports to support departmental KPIs.
• Address patient concerns, complaints and VIP service requests, promoting satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, hospital administration, physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in patient coordination, rehabilitation services, physiotherapy operations or healthcare administration.
• Prior experience in UAE healthcare settings is preferred.
