Clinic Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead daily operations of our medical facility in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures high‑quality patient care, efficient staff management, and achievement of financial and operational targets while complying with Department of Health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations and patient services.
• Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff to maintain high performance.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure an excellent patient experience and address any complaints promptly.
• Maintain compliance with DOH healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, facilities, and other clinic resources.
• Support business growth through marketing initiatives and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Knowledge of Department of Health regulations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with clinic management systems.
