Clinic Manager

About the role

The Clinic Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position at the Al Barsha branch in Dubai, responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day clinic operations and delivering a smooth patient experience. The role involves supervising both administrative and clinical support staff, managing schedules, and coordinating patient flow to reduce wait times.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise administrative and clinical support staff and ensure effective teamwork.
• Manage daily schedules, coordinate patient flow, and minimize waiting periods.
• Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and oversee financial planning for the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Address patient concerns promptly and support quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate staff training, coaching, and performance support.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to optimise service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Budgeting and basic financial management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, staff, and external partners.
• Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical workflows.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance support within a healthcare or service environment.
• Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Proficiency with clinic management software and basic office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
