About the role

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is seeking a Clinic Supervisor / Patient Coordinator to manage daily operations of its Sharjah clinic. The role combines leadership of clinic staff with direct patient support, ensuring high‑quality service in a medical aesthetics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic activities, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate the clinical team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain compliance with health‑care regulations and clinic protocols.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow‑up communications.
• Monitor inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies.
• Prepare reports on clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma level education with a background in medical or healthcare fields.
• Previous experience as a clinic supervisor, patient coordinator, or similar role in a medical or aesthetic setting.
• Fluent in Emirati Arabic dialect and proficient in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage patient relations.
