Cluster AC Technician

About the role

The Cluster AC Technician ensures the safe, efficient and reliable operation of air‑conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems across two hotel properties in Dubai. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, helping to deliver comfortable environments for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration equipment across both hotels.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, split AC units, package units, exhaust and ventilation systems.
• Check refrigerant levels, locate leaks and carry out refrigerant charging in line with safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor temperature, airflow, pressure and equipment condition to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to guest room and operational maintenance requests, minimizing disruption.
• Clean and maintain filters, coils, drain lines, blowers, motors, belts and other components.
• Maintain chilled‑water systems and related components within scope.
• Assist with BMS‑related HVAC alarm troubleshooting and coordinate with the Engineering team as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, mechanical areas, public spaces and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Identify recurring faults and propose corrective or preventive actions to Engineering Management.
• Support energy‑conservation initiatives by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and suggesting consumption‑reduction opportunities.
