Reservations Agent – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay, ensuring a smooth and memorable reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and chat inquiries related to room reservations.
• Enter, modify and confirm bookings in the hotel reservation system.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability and hotel amenities.
• Handle special requests, cancellations and changes while adhering to hotel policies.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and sales teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
