Cluster Executive Chef

About the role

NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a visionary Cluster Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across Dukes The Palm and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will shape the culinary direction of multiple restaurants and bars, delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire culinary teams across both properties.
• Drive innovation while preserving each dining concept’s identity and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.
• Optimise food costs, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Develop, mentor, and retain culinary talent, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Successful management of multiple restaurants and high‑volume culinary operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership abilities.
• Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage.
