Cluster Groups Meeting And Event Executive

About the role

The Cluster Groups Meeting and Event Executive will drive sales, manage bookings, and oversee the delivery of group, conference and event services for Hilton Dubai. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote venue facilities.
• Negotiate contracts, allocate rooms, and manage all aspects of bookings.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and produce financial reports for events.
• Coordinate logistics, including catering, audiovisual, transportation and supplier relations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Lead, schedule, train and delegate tasks to event and conference staff.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and recommend improvements.
• Handle administrative duties such as drafting contracts, invoicing and payment processing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of the hospitality industry and event‑planning processes.
• Experience in sales, marketing and financial management.
• Relevant diploma or degree in event management, hospitality management or a related field.
