Cluster Reservations Agent

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Fairmont Dubai as a Cluster Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests making reservations, delivering warm and sincere service that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations, including group blocks, rooming lists, and inventory for sales teams and clients.
• Apply FRHI pricing strategies and revenue‑management principles to maximize room revenue.
• Upsell guest rooms and hotel facilities during telephone interactions.
• Ensure accurate billing instructions and proper use of group rate codes.
• Maintain reservation data quality and guest satisfaction standards.
• Utilise Opera PMS/S&C and other revenue‑management tools for daily operations.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel reservation management and group bookings.
• Understanding of revenue‑management strategies, pricing, and upselling techniques.
• Ability to work with FRHI pricing principles and group management policies.
• Strong telephone communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (property management system)
