Cluster Revenue Executive – Dubai Hotels

About the role

The Cluster Revenue Executive supports the management of room inventory across multiple Dubai hotels, aiming to maximize revenue while ensuring data accuracy and system automation. The role involves preparing competitive analyses, handling rate and restriction communications, and delivering month‑end reporting to guide forecasting and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory and optimizing cluster revenue.
• Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, communicating strategies to properties.
• Perform month‑end revenue management reporting, auditing, and forward‑looking forecasting.
• Generate, process, and update property and market revenue reports as the primary source for the Revenue Management team.
• Maintain reservation and revenue systems, including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring demand forecasts, updating group forecasts, and running daily system checks.
• Support training of new associates on revenue management tools and assist in implementing hotel sales strategies within reservation systems.

Required profile

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in revenue or hospitality operations.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
