Cluster Sales Executive

About the role

The Cluster Sales Executive will serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective customers across a designated group of Anantara hotels in Abu Dhabi. You will drive revenue by negotiating events, identifying upselling opportunities, and managing group and corporate bookings in line with each property's sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customers across the assigned hotel cluster.
• Negotiate and confirm events, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and cluster guidelines.
• Identify and pursue up‑selling opportunities to maximize catering, group, and corporate booking revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and close sales within predefined parameters.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of booked events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and negotiate effectively.
