CNC Machine Operator – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level CNC Machine Operator to manufacture stators and rotors for oilfield directional drilling, following established procedures and SOPs. The role involves operating CNC equipment, handling heavy components, and ensuring quality at each production step.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture stators and rotors according to detailed procedures and SOPs.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, boilers, generators and air compressors as required.
• Perform quality control checks at each stage and document results in the ERP system.
• Maintain tools, gauges and equipment, and support machine repair activities.
• Report any abnormalities, safety concerns or process variations to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic mathematics knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, routers and procedures.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical systems with mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to follow HSE regulations and safety practices.

• CNC machine operation.

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and routers.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical systems.
