Cold Email Specialist

About the role

At Pavago, we are looking for a highly execution‑focused Cold Email Specialist to own the performance, deliverability and retention of client outbound email campaigns. Working remotely with flexible hours and overlap with U.S. business hours, you will collaborate with the founder, outreach team, developers and operations to ensure campaigns scale and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20–30 active client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for performance and communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and optimise under‑performing campaigns, addressing deliverability, inbox placement, domain reputation and low reply rates.
• Oversee email infrastructure: warm‑up systems, sending domains, DNS configuration, SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings.
• Write, test and refine outbound cold‑email copy, subject lines and sequencing to improve open, reply and positive response rates.
• Maintain campaign documentation, SOPs and operational workflows, tracking SLAs, client health and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers and infrastructure teams to enhance outbound automation and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong execution mindset with experience managing full‑lifecycle cold‑email campaigns.
• Ability to communicate proactively with clients and reduce churn.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing startup environment with flexible remote hours.
