About the role
Salesforce is seeking a high‑performing Commercial Corporate Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team in the EMEA region. Based in Dubai, the counsel will support sales activities across the United Arab Emirates and the broader Middle East, providing legal expertise that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on UAE and other Middle East countries’ laws, regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and counsel on strategic technology service agreements with commercial and public‑sector customers and partners.
- Provide legal support for local and regional sales initiatives, including contract review and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen Salesforce’s contractual and operational offerings in the region.
Required profile
- Result‑oriented corporate counsel with a strong track record in commercial legal matters.
- Experience working with sales teams and handling technology‑focused agreements.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
