Commercial Finance Sales Professional – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Commercial Finance Sales Professional to join its Smart Infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. You will support the Commercial/Finance Sales Management function across GCC countries (excluding KSA, Egypt, Levant & Iraq) and help drive complex project acquisition and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial sales management for direct business, including contract analysis, negotiations and cost calculations.
• Prepare cash‑flow projections, business model evaluations and taxation assessments, including Permanent Establishment topics.
• Assess international financing, currency management, risk/opportunity analysis, bonds and credit terms.
• Ensure compliance with export control, insurance requirements and internal escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with regional sales companies, define optimized bidding strategies and support stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of commercial finance, contract negotiation and project finance in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience with complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and ability to navigate cross‑border regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop business models and financial forecasts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
