Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across existing and new markets. This role partners closely with sales, finance, operations and senior leadership to ensure seamless commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customers.
• Prepare annual sales and commercial business plans.
• Drive business growth through key account management and strategic customer acquisition.
• Support the sales team in closing high‑value opportunities and monitor market activities.
• Develop pricing strategies, review quotations and analyze margins.
• Lead commercial negotiations, review tenders and contracts, and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, sales budgets and commercial performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and present performance to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor and set performance objectives for the commercial team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial management, business development, sales or key account management.
• Proven experience in B2B commercial environments and handling large‑value contracts.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
