Commercial Manager – Perfume & Beauty Business

About the role

BOUTIQUE is a perfume and beauty business with its own manufacturing facility and an established wholesale operation in Dubai. The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the transformation and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall commercial development and growth strategy.
• Evaluate and improve the Dubai wholesale operation.
• Assess product portfolio, pricing, packaging and positioning.
• Provide recommendations on product development, improvement or discontinuation.
• Identify new markets and develop international distribution opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers and wholesalers.
• Translate market trends into new product and business opportunities.
• Work with the factory and management to align product development with market demand.
• Identify operational and commercial gaps and implement solutions.
• Develop sales and distribution strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale and distribution channels.
• Understanding of GCC and international fragrance/beauty markets.
• Proven ability to evaluate products and markets and make sound commercial recommendations.
• Experience developing distributor and retail networks.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
