Commercial Project Manager – Grid Software

About the role

Siemens Grid Software is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end commercial projects for its grid software solutions in the UAE. The role combines project leadership, commercial strategy, and financial oversight to support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, engineering, finance, and logistics.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for grid software products.
• Manage customer relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Analyze market trends and project performance using business intelligence tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in commercial project management, preferably in software, energy or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial projects successfully.
