Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen (Full‑Time)

About the role

Accor is looking for a motivated Commis 1 – Cold to join its kitchen team in Dubai. You will support the preparation and service of cold dishes, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation while developing your culinary career on a world‑class platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and exceed customer and team expectations through attentive service.
• Monitor and control cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow ordering procedures and ensure all orders are processed through the captain.
• Prepare your workstation and mise en place according to daily requirements.
• Supervise breakfast and à‑la‑carte service, controlling portion size and presentation.
• Report any irregularities to the Sous‑chef and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the next shift.
• Adhere to hotel policies, personal hygiene standards and safety regulations.
