About the role
The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a Commis 2 to join its main kitchen team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in a vibrant 5‑star hotel environment. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to deliver high‑quality dishes for the hotel’s diverse restaurants and lounges.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes consistently to the highest culinary standards.
- Support daily kitchen operations and keep your section organized and clean.
