About the role
We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles Dubai as a Commis I in the Arabic Kitchen, preparing daily dishes that meet the hotel’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Report for duty punctually in the correct uniform and assist the Chef de Partie with mise‑en‑place.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes and quality specifications.
- Write daily dry store, food requisitions and kitchen transfers for approval.
- Maintain a clean, tidy work station and ensure proper food storage and safety compliance.
- Report equipment issues and log accidents or sickness as required.
Required profile
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Minimum one year of food and beverage serving experience.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Team‑player attitude and ability to follow instructions.
