Key responsibilities

• Prepare and sell food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Prepare ingredients – portion, chop, store – and follow recipes and yield guides precisely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and ensure proper storage of products.
• Replenish service lines, restock workstations for the next shift, and communicate assistance needs during busy periods.

Required profile

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Operating kitchen equipment (braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers).
• Food preparation techniques – chopping, portioning, storing, cooking soups, sauces, entrees, and vegetables.
