About the role
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a motivated Commis I to support food preparation and service across its outlets. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a luxury hospitality environment while developing culinary skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of food, including mise‑en‑place for all outlets.
- Follow Anantara’s food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle food storage, dating, rotation and protection in compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in departmental training and uphold departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and willingness to deliver generous, warm service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and follow hygiene standards.
Required skills
- Food preparation and service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
