Commis II – Kitchen Assistant

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant food and beverage team in Dubai as a Commis II, supporting the kitchen operations and delivering high‑quality dishes to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout each service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, handle complex recipes, and oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keep food service stations stocked, sanitary, and compliant with proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of menu offerings and ability to execute complex dishes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
