About the role
The Commis III will support the In‑Room Dining operation at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, ensuring guests receive high‑quality, timely service in line with the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Date all food containers and rotate stock according to policies, maintaining proper temperatures for perishables.
- Check par levels for each shift, determine necessary preparation, and set up the line and freezer pulls.
- Identify out‑of‑stock items or potential shortages and communicate them to the team.
- Return unused food items to designated storage areas, ensuring they are covered and dated.
- Assist in developing plans and actions to address any food cost issues.
