About the role
The Commis III supports kitchen operations at Emirates Flight Catering, ensuring food is received, stored and prepared according to strict hygiene and safety standards. The role involves handling deliveries, assisting with menu preparation and maintaining a clean working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and verify food deliveries, store items safely following senior guidance.
- Prepare and dish food items according to specified menus while adhering to hygiene and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, storage areas, chillers and freezers.
- Inspect kitchen equipment, report any faults and ensure it remains in good working order.
- Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives by minimizing waste and participating in scheduled training.
Required profile
- Minimum high school certificate.
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English.
- No prior experience required (0 years), suitable for a junior candidate.
