Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead PR and communication strategies for our luxury sector clients in the UAE. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager and Directors, you will oversee client accounts, media relations and crisis communications while driving impactful storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of client accounts and ensure successful execution of PR and communication strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans tailored to client objectives.
• Identify media opportunities, craft storytelling angles and secure high‑value media coverage.
• Oversee creation and distribution of press releases, speeches, presentations and other communications material.
• Manage crisis communication, providing guidance and response strategies to clients.
• Plan and execute events, activations and press engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of PR/Marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; Arabic proficiency a plus.
• Proven track record in client and media relations with extensive contacts in UAE/GCC.
• Strong leadership ability and experience managing teams.
