Community Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premium branded residential development in Dubai. This senior‑level role sits at the intersection of owners‑association management and branded living, requiring a deep understanding of both investor and resident needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the owners association board, unit owners, tenants and the management company.
• Oversee community operations, ensuring compliance with OA regulations and brand standards.
• Manage service charge collection, arrears follow‑up and coordinate budget tracking with finance.
• Plan, coordinate and minute Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings, ensuring quorum and procedural compliance.
• Supervise FM contractors, soft‑service providers and security teams, holding them to SLA and brand expectations.
• Handle owner and tenant complaints, escalations and neighbour disputes with professionalism and documented follow‑through.
• Coordinate move‑in/move‑out logistics, enforce community rules and issue violation notices.
• Develop and deliver resident engagement programmes, events and communications that reflect the development’s brand identity.
• Maintain accurate records of owner registers, unit usage, service charge accounts and contractor performance.
• Collaborate with the brand hotel/operator to align shared services and resident‑facing standards.
• Monitor community KPIs (satisfaction scores, response times, open issues) and report to senior management.
• Contribute to reserve fund planning and preventive maintenance scheduling with the technical team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing owners associations and branded residential communities in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s OA regulatory framework and its impact on community operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, service charge collections and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising between owners, tenants, boards and management companies.
• Track record of organising and minute‑taking for AGMs and EGMs.
