Community & Resident Engagement Manager

About the role

The Community & Resident Engagement Manager reports to the Community Management Director and leads the relationship strategy for residents, homeowners and tenants across assigned properties. The role ensures high satisfaction, fosters a sense of belonging and drives participation in community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, homeowners, tenants and other community stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for community‑related requests, concerns and service issues.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies, annual event calendars and social programs that boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Plan, budget, source vendors, coordinate procurement and oversee the full lifecycle of community events.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, service providers and community organisations to enrich resident experiences.
• Monitor feedback, participation metrics and complaint trends, translating insights into improvement actions.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Security, Maintenance, Leasing, Marketing, Finance and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the management and communication of community rules, regulations and policies.
• Prepare regular reports on satisfaction scores, event participation, complaints and overall community performance.
