About the role

Talal Ali Logistics is seeking an honest and reliable Company Driver/Messenger to support the Head Office team with a range of administrative and transportation tasks. The role involves handling company documentation, bank payments, and providing pick‑up/drop‑off services for senior management while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver company documents, invoices, and other paperwork across Dubai.
• Make bank deposits and payments on behalf of the office.
• Provide pick‑up and drop‑off services for senior managers and other staff.
• Coordinate with local authorities, utility companies, and banks for administrative matters.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and expenses.
• Assist with any ad‑hoc driving or logistical tasks required by the office.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar driver/administrative role within the UAE.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, major landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Clean, valid UAE driving licence.
• Good spoken English and professional appearance.
• Honest, trustworthy, flexible and able to work outside normal hours when needed.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with confidence liaising at all seniority levels.
