About the role
Arabian Child is seeking a competent, efficient and organized accountant to join its team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage the full cycle of financial transactions, ensure timely invoicing and support the company’s annual audit process.
Key responsibilities
- Receive payments, issue invoices and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and present financial statements for internal review.
- Coordinate with third‑party auditors to fulfil all requirements for the annual financial audit.
- Manage payment plans for students and handle international partner payments.
- Utilise Tally and other web‑based tools to track finances, proposals, quotations and task management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax preparation regulations and assist in annual budget preparation.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with solid numerical aptitude.
- Experience in finance management for training or education organisations.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence.
