Student Program – Part‑time Insurance Experience

About the role

Zurich Middle East, part of the global Zurich Insurance Group, is offering a Student Program for Emirati nationals currently studying for a bachelor’s degree. The part‑time role provides hands‑on experience in the insurance sector while offering a monthly financial support of AED 6,000.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams in day‑to‑day operations across underwriting, claims, risk management, actuarial or other departments.
• Participate in projects, conduct research, data analysis and reporting.
• Support customer service initiatives and learn about insurance product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and professional skills.
• Work under mentorship to gain exposure to real‑world insurance practices and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at a university in the UAE.
• Ability to commit 8 hours per week to the program.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Enthusiastic to work in a multinational, multicultural environment.
