Compliance And Tax Manager

About the role

The Compliance and Tax Manager will lead UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for a leading real‑estate group in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate calculations, timely filings, and robust internal controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, guaranteeing precise calculations, documentation, and on‑time submissions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures across finance and other business units.
• Monitor changes in UAE tax legislation and regulatory requirements to keep the company fully compliant.
• Lead preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, regulatory reports, and supporting documentation.
• Manage communications with the Federal Tax Authority, external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Review contracts, transactions, and business activities for tax implications, strengthening internal controls and mitigating compliance risks.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in tax compliance, regulatory affairs, or financial governance.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
