Compliance Audit Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to lead internal audit coverage of regulatory compliance across the Group. The role will plan and execute risk‑based audits, assess control effectiveness, and help strengthen Bybit’s compliance framework in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research and regulatory scanning to identify emerging risks and compliance obligations.
• Participate in walkthroughs with Compliance, AML, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders to understand processes and controls.
• Perform end‑to‑end compliance and AML/CTF audits, including control design assessment and operating effectiveness testing.
• Prepare high‑quality workpapers, document audit evidence, and ensure traceability of results.
• Draft audit issues, root‑cause analyses and practical remediation recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, internal audit or related regulatory functions.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF frameworks and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven insight generation.
