Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & KYC Expert

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Compliance Specialist to ensure our operations and client interactions adhere to internal policies, industry standards and applicable regulations. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed compliance throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of client documentation and communications to verify compliance with internal and external policies.
• Monitor, investigate and report suspicious activities in line with company protocols.
• Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are correctly applied and documented.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Legal and other departments to maintain consistent compliance practices.
• Assist with internal and external audits and prepare regulatory reports as required.
• Stay informed on international compliance trends and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Japanese or Korean (mandatory) and strong command of English.
• Previous experience in a compliance, KYC or risk role is preferred.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and internal control standards.
