Concierge Agent for Luxury Residences

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Concierge Agent to join the W Residences team in Dubai. The role involves delivering personalised guest services to residence owners and their visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to residence owners’ and guests’ requests for information, transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other services, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Manage special requests, arrange visitor access, and update the key‑track system.
• Answer, record and process all calls, messages and inquiries, forwarding them to the relevant department (engineer, bellperson, housekeeping, etc.).
• Assist with owners’ reservation services (HRS) and schedule elevator usage for move‑in/move‑out.
• Provide bell and valet support for owners’ vehicles and perform lobby ambassador duties.
• Maintain shift logs, report incidents, and comply with safety and company policies.
• Welcome and acknowledge owners and guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold the brand’s service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle light lifting (≤ 30 kg).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems (e.g., HRS).
• Familiarity with key‑track and access control procedures.
